National History Day (Grades 4-8)
The Monterey Highlands National History Day (NHD) Team is open to students in grades 4th-8th who are interested in exploring history through various presentation mediums including: podcast, performance, historical paper, poster project and documentary! Parents coach and prepare students for LA County Regional Competition in March. In only our 2nd year, we have sent multiple students to the state-level competition! Onward and upward!
