• Monday 5/1 - Share a simple smile with a staff member

• Tuesday 5/2 - Say good morning or give a staff member a compliment

• Wednesday 5/3 - Strike a conversation with a staff member; get to know them better

• Thursday 5/4 - Offer to help a staff member if they need it

• Friday 5/5 - Bring a staff member a thank you note
