Dear 8th Grade Promotion Leads,

I'd like to huddle with you on Zoom on Monday 4/28 at 6pm to check-in on your respective promotion activities and update budget.  We're about $800 north of our goal, so we have some more funds to work with and I'd like to figure logistics out with you. 

I also want to flag that we only have 12 8th grade parents cleared to volunteer at this time.  All promotion activities require cleared volunteers per District policy.  Please encourage your parent friends to get their paperwork in ASAP or they will not be able to chaperone.  I will also make mention of this in the newsletter this week. 

You are welcome to invite parents you have been collaborating with to this meeting.
