Hi all!

English Learner Reclassification is an important metric for us on the SPSA (Goal 2).  We know that it is not an easy feat for students to master *both* ELPAC and the ELAC SBAC/iReady, so when they do....we celebrate!!  

Like last year, we will hold an EL Reclassification Breakfast ceremony on this (new) date and invite parents to attend.  Students should be sent up to the office after you take role.  Ana in the office will work on inviting parents. 

As before, we'd love for you to please provide at least one work sample for your RFEP(s) students that we may showcase at the breakfast.  We will have a table set aside for this gallery.  This can be writing, poster projects, anything that the student did a great job on.  Please send those up to the office, attention to Lisha.  

Lastly, we'd love to have at least 2-3 student speakers at the assembly.   They can recite a poem, read a short story or sing a chant/song.  Don't reinvent the wheel, just encourage them to present something they have already done and are proud of.  Please let Abel know if you have any student speakers so we can add them to the program.
